The Cove Beverage Company was founded out of our love for Maple. In the 1970's we were introduced to maple sap and the production of Maple Syrup. As they say "You got bit by the Maple Bug" we fell in love with nature providing sweet sap in the spring. That love turned into a large maple production facility in Ohio collecting millions of gallons of sap. Our decades of knowledge lead us to develop a new product we call Maple Nectar. We wanted to develop a product that was refreshing and drinkable similar to the freshness of sap right from the tree. Years of R&D lead to the development of what we call Maple Nectar. A clear sweet liquid that is only made from what the trees provide. It's a natural sweetener made mostly in cold processes and a few proprietary steps to create a new sweetener that is full of minerals and has a refreshing sweet "nectar" type taste with no maple flavor.

The Cove Beverage Company Maple Nectar comes entirely from the Acre family of trees. Sugar Maples including Silver and Red Maples. Collected in the spring right after winter and during the springs "First Thaws".
